Brick and block layer — Chautauqua County

Join our team: we are hiring a brick and block layer in Chautauqua County, New York. The job is at a residential building site. Requirements: • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one On a typical shift you will forming arches, piers and reveals around openings; raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish; brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go; laying bricks to the line, level and plumb; erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts; pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
