Urgent requirement: horizontal milling machine operator (Arkansas)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Pike County, Arkansas. You will work at a busy machine shop. Your main tasks: • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square Ideal candidate: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
