The role involves mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting. Ideal candidate: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
