Vacancy available: head butcher (Virginia)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a head butcher in Stafford County, Virginia. On a typical shift you will trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife. What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler 1+ years on the tools preferred.
