Steam press operator wanted in Sheridan County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a steam press operator in Sheridan County, Kansas. On the job you will handle: • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching What we are looking for: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
