What we are looking for: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE Day-to-day duties: • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair Rotating shifts.
