Immediate opening: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Marion County, Iowa. Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking The role involves: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Prepare the mise en place before each service Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
