Toolroom milling operator • Sussex County, New Jersey

Now hiring: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Sussex County, New Jersey. You will be based at a busy machine shop. Ideal candidate: • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls The role involves: • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
