Now hiring: we are hiring a production welder in Union Parish, Louisiana. You will be based at a pipe and tank fabrication yard. Your main tasks: • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration What we are looking for: • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings Part-time with flexible hours.
