Gas appliance installer — Winston County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a gas appliance installer in Winston County, Alabama. You will be based in customers' homes and kitchens. The role involves run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints; fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls; purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate; carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply. Ideal candidate: • Able to read isometric and site drawings • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations Performance bonus on top of base pay.
