Urgent requirement: ladle pourer (New Hampshire)

Join our team: we are hiring a ladle pourer in Merrimack County, New Hampshire. You will work at a brass and bronze foundry. What we are looking for: • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry The role involves: • Inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects • Tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities • Cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
