The role involves: • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Set up and start the machine as per the job card Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery $140 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
