Decorator wanted in Pottawattamie County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a decorator in Pottawattamie County, Iowa. You will work at a property maintenance company. You should have: • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately On the job you will handle: • Work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers • Mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns • Sand and fill walls before applying primer • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps • Spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
