Line cook — Eastland County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a line cook in Eastland County, Texas. The job is in a hospital or office canteen. Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat On the job you will handle: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Pay around $3,300 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
