Marble mason — Scotland County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a marble mason in Scotland County, North Carolina. You will work at a marble and granite workshop. You should have: • Own hand tools an advantage • Confident operating a bridge saw, angle grinder and diamond blades • 2+ years' experience working with marble, granite and natural stone Your main tasks: • Grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish • Seal natural stone against staining with impregnating sealers • Polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound • Fill cracks, chips and open veins with colour-matched epoxy resin • Fix marble cladding to building facades with anchors and clamps • Level and align slabs so joints stay tight and surfaces sit flat Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
