What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Willing to work shifts and overtime The role involves set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage. Pay around $3,000 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
