Trowel-trade bricklayer • Cass County, Michigan

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a trowel-trade bricklayer in Cass County, Michigan. You will be based on a commercial construction site. The role involves: • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation • Erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts You should have: • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently Meals and transport allowance provided.
