Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Ramsey County, North Dakota. You will work in a hotel kitchen. The role involves: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Rotating shifts.
