Powder coating technician • Traill County, North Dakota

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Traill County, North Dakota. The role involves: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Full-time with occasional weekends.
