Glazing assistant • The Scottish Borders, Scotland

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a glazing assistant in The Scottish Borders, Scotland. You will be based at a double glazing firm. Day to day you will clean the finished glass and peel off the protective film; seal joints with a silicone gun and tool off a neat bead; handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame; glaze shopfronts, curtain walls and glass partitions. What we are looking for: • Confident handling and lifting heavy glass panes • Physically fit, able to stand and lift throughout the shift 6+ years on the tools preferred.
