Now hiring: we are hiring a rebar installer in Guzamala, Borno State. You should have: • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling On a typical shift you will place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing; keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust; fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat; read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
