Join our team: we are hiring a shuttering and concrete hand in Weakley County, Tennessee. The job is on a building construction site. Day to day you will compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms; lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish; give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified; cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days. You should have: • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
