HGV driver wanted in Surry County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a HGV driver in Surry County, North Carolina. Day to day you will complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery; check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels; report defects and book the unit in for servicing; present documents at weighbridges and check posts; couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock; plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules. Requirements: • Current Driver CPC qualification card • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements • Willing to take on night and multi-day trips Six days a week, one day off.
