Tyre technician • Clay County, Iowa

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tyre technician in Clay County, Iowa. You will be based in a commercial truck tyre depot. On the job you will handle: • Log fitments and advise customers on tyre wear and replacement • Torque the wheel nuts to spec with a torque wrench • Inflate tyres to the manufacturer's recommended PSI, including nitrogen fills • Rotate tyres front-to-rear as per the service schedule • Jack up vehicles safely and set them on axle stands • Keep the tyre bay tidy and dispose of scrap tyres Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of correct torque settings and TPMS resets • A good eye for tread wear and sidewall damage Rotating shifts.
