Gas pipe fitter wanted in Humboldt County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gas pipe fitter in Humboldt County, Iowa. You will work in a gas distribution network. Requirements: • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations Your main tasks: • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply • Set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints 5+ years on the tools preferred.
