Great opportunity: we are hiring a crawler crane operator in Spartanburg County, South Carolina. You will be based on a bridge and infrastructure project. What we are looking for: • Current medical and eyesight certificate • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts Day-to-day duties: • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands Overtime paid at a premium rate.
