Join our team: we are hiring a plant operator (dozer) in Fulton County, Illinois. You will be based at a land-clearing site. Day to day you will cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes; strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse; rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank; follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels; form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle. You should have: • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) Part-time with flexible hours.
