You should have: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods The role involves check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish.
