Powder coating sprayer wanted in Catahoula Parish

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Catahoula Parish, Louisiana. Your main tasks: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Full-time, day shift.
