What we are looking for: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges On a typical shift you will wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness; fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors. 5+ years on the tools preferred. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
