Now hiring: we are hiring a heavy goods vehicle driver in Glascock County, Georgia. Requirements: • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence • Confident with manual handling and load securing You will reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays; carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off; complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery; plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules; keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load; couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock.
