Ideal candidate: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Day-to-day duties: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service Part-time with flexible hours.
