Now hiring: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Robertson County, Tennessee. You will bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns We offer $130 per day plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
