Immediate opening: we are hiring an uPVC door and window fabricator in Chase County, Nebraska. You will be based at a glazing and fabrication factory. Your main tasks: • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router • Fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam Ideal candidate: • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine 4+ years on the tools preferred.
