Elevator repair technician wanted in Union County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an elevator repair technician in Union County, Iowa. You will be based in a residential tower block. You should have: • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring On the job you will handle: • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands Full-time with occasional weekends.
