On a typical shift you will check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil; trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution; trace electrical circuits with a multimeter; recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system; measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter. Requirements: • Able to braze copper and silver-solder joints • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
