Vacancy available: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. The job is on re-roofing and repair jobs. Day-to-day duties: • Install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs Requirements: • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate Pay around $2,500 per month, based on your experience.
