Urgent requirement: reinforcement steel fixer (Kentucky)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a reinforcement steel fixer in Warren County, Kentucky. You will be based at a precast concrete yard. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules Day to day you will install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour; tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $5,300 per month, based on your experience. Part-time with flexible hours. Contact us to fix an interview.
