We are recruiting: we are hiring a lift erector in Pickens County, Alabama. You should have: • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work On a typical shift you will install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; run load and overload tests with test weights; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
