Immediate opening: we are hiring a dent repair specialist in Pearl River County, Mississippi. You will be based in a smash repair workshop. The role involves MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder. What we are looking for: • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
