Requirements: • Awareness of workshop health and safety • Basic record-keeping and customer-facing skills You will log fitments and advise customers on tyre wear and replacement; fit new tyres onto rims and seat the bead correctly; repair punctures with mushroom plugs and internal patches; torque the wheel nuts to spec with a torque wrench; handle truck and bus tyres, including split-rim assemblies.
