Air conditioning service engineer • City of Covington, Virginia

Vacancy available: we are hiring an air conditioning service engineer in City of Covington, Virginia. You will work on residential and commercial sites. On the job you will handle: • Install ducting, grilles and VRF/VRV branch boxes • Core-drill through brick and concrete walls to route the refrigerant piping • Braze pipe joints and pressure-test with dry nitrogen for leaks • Recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit • Cut, flare and bend copper pipe for the liquid and suction lines • Evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum You should have: • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Presentable and polite with customers on site 6+ years on the tools preferred.
