Great opportunity: we are hiring an uPVC window fitter in Tyler County, West Virginia. You will be based on site fitting windows in new-build flats. Day to day you will wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile; insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash; check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash. What we are looking for: • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings 1+ years on the tools preferred.
