We are recruiting: shuttering and concrete hand (Virginia)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a shuttering and concrete hand in Nottoway County, Virginia. You will work at a precast concrete yard. On a typical shift you will cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days; give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins. Requirements: • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours.
