Requirements: • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Understanding of hand and radio signals Your main tasks: • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
