Scullery hand • Jenkins County, Georgia

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scullery hand in Jenkins County, Georgia. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. Day-to-day duties: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
