Urgent requirement: concrete placer (Washington)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a concrete placer in Spokane County, Washington. The role involves: • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab • Discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms • Screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout You should have: • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules Pay around $2,700 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
