Presser wanted in City and Borough of Wrangell

Join our team: we are hiring a presser in City and Borough of Wrangell, Alaska. You will be based at a dry cleaner's. You should have: • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets The role involves clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
