Incoming goods inspector • Armstrong County, Pennsylvania

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an incoming goods inspector in Armstrong County, Pennsylvania. Requirements: • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade Your main tasks: • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $2,800 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
