Commis chef wanted in Lincoln County

Now hiring: we are hiring a commis chef in Lincoln County, New Mexico. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. The role involves: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Part-time with flexible hours.
